4) Hodgson Mill Oat Bran hot cereal. You can get it at Harmons for around $3. It's just oat bran. No sugar, cholesterol, or sodium. It's low fat, high in fiber, and iron. It fills you up and it tastes really good. I either mix in some Truvia (a natural sweetener) or Smuckers sugar free jam.
